[Report] Ito Kashitaro "Waza" Live in Osaka, 23 May 2015
OK IâM SORRY THIS TOOK ME SO LONG. I thought I would be able to type it all up in 3 days or so but I wrote one in Thai first and the English version just totally slipped my mind. IâM SORRY.
So in case anyone still wants to know what the live was like; here you go.
Iâm not going to do the full report, just some points I think itâs interesting to share (idâd take too long otherwise and itâs gonna be just me s;ldgk;lfg'sd;âs;lfâ;slf-ing anyway).

Before going in.
âș I thought I arrived quite early but there were a LOT of people there already. Most of them wore the pink T-shirt that was sold at the live. (I was like âAlready? Seriously!?â)
âș There were a line waiting to take a picture with someone WHO LOOKED EXTREMELY LIKE KASHITARO OMFG My friend and I were freaking out like WTF no one in their right mind would come out to chat with fans before the live right? wHAT?
âș And it turned out heâs just a fanboy of Kashitaro who resembles Kashitaro LITTERALLY FROM HEAD TO TOE. That hair. That Mask. That shirt and jeans. And those shoes. And the way to talked. And the way he laugh. JustâŠ. Woah.
OK Iâm just gonna skip to the live part now sorry
âș Kashitaro didnât wear any mask.
âș So cute.Â
âș He had the brightest smile on (IDK maybe itâs the light or itâs my eyes playing a trick on me but he was wayyyyyyy too cute than I remembered). He wore a white long-sleeved shirt and a pair of jeans. He didnât tuck his shirt in and didnât role the sleeves up either so he looked like he put on anything he could grab first thing in the morning wwwwÂ
âș But Heâs so cute
âș SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE (Youâre gonna see this sentence a lot Iâm sorry)
âș He loves to jump. And loves to ask the audience to jump with him (in START and Boku Dake no Rock Star and Share, We Are)
âș He always asked the audience to sing along with him. Which I did, although I couldnât even hear my own voice TvT
âș He stopped singing mid-sentence to say 'ARIGATOUâ during Hoshi Ai and Popura no Oka ni Kaze ga Fuku
âș During Sayonara no Kawari ni, I thought I was dying OMG. The song itself is sad enough but then there were one part when he just turned to his side and bent a little and stretched his arm down to the floor in that direction as if talking to a cat? Perhaps? (Maybe he was thinking about Pon and Mimi while singing? I donât know but that was so emotional T______T)
âș He spoke Kansai dialect. I died.
âș SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ADORABLE
âș He kept going on about how this place is the biggest out of the whole tour. And that he was worried to death if anyoneâs gonna come at all blah blah blah and fans laughed.
âș And He was like âDONâT LAUGH! I really was stressed out T_Tâ
âș Canaria Cinderella was the best (my personal favorite out of the whole setlist) His voice was so warm and everything. I almost cried.Â
âș Boku no Hoso Michi WAS VERY VERY VERY FUN OMG He sang while walking around, pointing at the audience and saying stuff like 'Here we goooooooâ 'Woooooooooooâ and some places he just talked in the most adorable manner instead of singing. I died. And revived.Â
âș He looked very very embarrassed and shy while talking.Â
âș He said âIâm so happy to see so many people here *looks around* But if any of you feel uncomfortable (or feels like fainting), please donât push yourselfâŠâŠ.UrmâŠ.WellâŠ..JustâŠUhâŠ.Leave⊠*dry laugh*â The audience almost died of laughing wwwwwwwwww Who in the world would chase the audience out with such an apologetic tone and the face of a cute little puppy TvT
âș And he continued âOh no. ActuallyâŠ. JUST GET OUT!! *points at the exit*â I almost couldnât breath at this point wwwwwwwwwww OK I know youâre worried about us fans but you donât have to be so cruel wwwwwww
âș âI just donât want any of you to push yourself too hard!!!!! REALLY!!!! You know I actually donât want anyone to leaveâŠ.â He sounded so desperate here OMG SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE d;lfgk;dlfgk;dlgk;slkdgf
âș âThis place is big. But believe it or not? I can actually see everyoneâs face!â and a fan shouted something at him so he laughed a little and fell silent. A very awkward silence wwwwwwÂ
âș then he was like âYou know, I can actually see the pores on you guysâ faces.â wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww WOAH IS THAT ALL YOU COULD CAME UP WITH AFTER THAT SILENCE MY DEAR KASHITARO WHAT
âș And he WAS SO EMBARRASSED so he turned his back to us and stay that way for a minute or so hiding his face while trying to suppress his embarrassment (which he brought upon himself) wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwÂ
âș And even when he turned back his face was still kinda red and obviously still embarrassed so he was like âNO NO GUYS REALLY I JUST WANTED TO SAY I WAS GLAD I COULD SEE YOU GUYS TODAYâ âŠâŠâŠThen just say so!! You didnât have to embarrassed yourself like that!! wwwww
âș He continued to say that heâs here to say thank you to those who supported him blah blah blah BUT THE FANS STILL COULDNâT STOP LAUGHING. but we tried. But it didnât work. We just couldnât stop. I saw a lot of people covering their mouth with their hands and tried their best to not laugh at Kashitaro who had turned serious all of a sudden wwwwwwwwww
âș He sang a song or two more and said âItâs gonna be over soonâ so everyone was like WHAT????????? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and he said in an apologetic tone âOh, Osaka⊠You guys sure are loudâ
âș He said he doesnât like making promises with anyone because heâs afraid that he might not be able to keep it. But still, he wanted to make a promise with us here that he would continue singing until the day he dies. He knows itâs hard but he wants to make a promise anyway. With so many people here, he wouldnât dare to break the promise.
âș And he sang Yakusoku no Starry Night. I cried like a baby.
âș During I Can Stop Fall in Love, he swinged the towel around while jumping and singing at the same time. Woah. That was way too fun I though I was gonna faint because of the excitement.Â
âș He kept asking the audience to sing along. OHHHHH COME ON KASHITARO MY THROAT IS NOT OKÂ *sings along anyway*
âș Bokudake no Rock Star was the most âŠ. IDK how to describedâŠ. I think he had lost it by then wwww He was shouting THE WHOLE FREAKING TIME both talking and singing I was like woah calm down, is your throat ok?Â
âș He was like âOK GUYS THANK YOU FOR COMING. THIS IS THE LAST SONG. I HAD SO MUCH FUN TODAY. THANK YOU SO SOOOOOOOOO MUCHâ please note he had been singing like his life depend on it for 1.5 hour now and he could still shout like that⊠just⊠what? Just how powerful is your voice chord!!!!??
âș He went backstage and came out after we all called for an encore. He wore the striped t-shirt that was on sale that day too. He was cute. I donât know what else to say. Way too cute.
âș IMPORTANT: He looked soooooo young in that shirt. Like a high-schooler.
âș During Share, We Are, he asked us to sing the lalala part and he was looking around as if to remember every faces he see. And then he said âI can hear you just fineâ and signaled us to continue singing for quite a while.
âș That was the longest Share, We Are in my life
âș At the very end, he said he wanted a picture with us. He said âI wanât in the ones I took before so can I put myself in here with you guys?â And we were like YES OF COURSE d;lgkd;lgk;flksl
âș and He walked to the middle of the stage, placed his kitsune mask there, and told the staff to take a picture OF US AND THE MASK. WTH. IS THAT MASK YOU YOURSELF? KASHITARO? DID I MIS UNDERSTAND SOMETHING? SO KASHITARO IS THE MASK? NOT THE PERSON SINGING THIS WHOLE LIVE? WHAT????
âș Then he put the mask on and properly took a picture with us. Thank goodness.
âș then he kept saying (or rather, shouting) thank you!!!!!!!!! without using the microphone (Please note that the place is big. Very big. And he didnât use the micâŠâŠ)
âș He tripped over something while walking back in wwwwwwwwwwwww We were all like WOAH WOAH WOAH BE CAREFUL
