He is an emissary for Eigion/Malveathian. He delivers messages across the oceans using deep sea currents for speed, and the depths to hide. He taught himself Sonarian in order to read the messages given to him (without Eigion’s knowledge) in an attempt to find any information on how to escape his limited time.
