Inuyasha gives me such cringe because one of my friend groups in middle school were obsessed with Inuyasha and had assigned eachother characters. The guys who were Inuyasha and Sesshomaru were neighbors and grew their nails out and had their parents buy them all sorts of wallhanger swords. I joined late and my choices were Kagome or Jakken. I picked Kagome because if I ever said "Sit boy!" The guy who was Inuyasha would squat and slam his face into the floor. I never thought it was weird because it was middle school and we were just, like that. I got clawed by both of them at separate points. They would even say Iron Reaver Soul Stealer, and Poison Claws. I remember the guy who was Sesshomaru would paint his nails green.
They also made a webforum called Nightmare Fleet and we would etch or draw NTMF in pen into the back of our hands to get access.
