NFTY history
So I had seen a post on facebook with some kids who were in nfty talking about when their parents were in what is now NFTY-NEL but used to be called nelfty. So I wanted to look it up
I discovered that Pittsburgh apparently used to be part of the region, so I thought that was really cool
So I've been seeing these posts on facebook today about Fall Kallah for NFTY-NEL in a month, and it's making me super sad that I'm not going to be able to be there with everyone and idk I just have super bad nfty withdrawl/ i miss my youth group from back home (who I can hopefully visit at some time when I'm home on break)
Anyone else going through NFTY withdrawal?
I know I shouldn't be because it's past my time, but it's still sad/hard to see those posts that are talking about how there is a NEL event this weekend and I just miss everyone. It's just hard accepting that I won't be there

Gonna live and die NFTY
NFTY was one of the most amazing experiences I ever had in high school. I was in NFTY NEL and I can't imagine a better group of people. I just got back from my senior spring kallah and as expected, it was extremely difficult to leave. I don't think it will really hit me that I left until I'm at college and see my friends getting ready for fall kallah next year. Anyway, it was an amazing experience even if I was only there for a couple of years.
There is exactly one week left until my last nfty event...I'll miss everyone like crazy
