Day 28 (Sept 15)
- I (mostly) ran 2.8 miles!
- Making mindful healthy decisions on whether I need more sleep or need to drag myself to yoga (answer: sleep, and feeling the instant release of the right decision)
- Washing couch cushion, absolutely scrubbing and washing ALL of the grime out of my memory foam bath rug. Feels so good.
- Unexpected 16 Handles and drink date with friend. Good to gab about job searching and old colleagues.
- Wontons with hot chili oil soy sauce that just tasted RIGHT. They could have been from a night market in Taiwan.
