who’s the cuddler: both of them, though Jay will deny it until the day she dies, again

who has the weird taste in music: depends what you consider as weird I guess? It’s probably Tim, but also like, if Jay’s doing something around the apartment (cooking, cleaning, she’s fixed the shower 3 times and the kitchen sink twice) it’s either Latin music or 80s stuff (namely Michael Jackson) but that’s what she grew up with so it’s not really weird to her

who is more protective: this goes both ways, especially with their line of work and how dangerous their lives are, Jay’s willing to do pretty much anything to keep Tim from getting badly hurt (even if that means getting hurt herself) and even if they didn’t know each other back them Tim already lost Jay once so…

who sings in the shower: Jay

who cries during movies: Depends on the movie I guess? It’s rarely Jay unless a dog dies and then okay

who spends the most while out shopping: Tim, Jay can get $200 dollars worth of groceries for like $85, she’s magic

who kisses more roughly: Probably Jay

[ text: Peter ] Oh my God! how did it get in there?

It was only the sound of a voice that broke Molly out of her trance. She snapped her head over to look, and just about threw the rock in the direction of the voice on instinct. Luckily, however, she didn’t do that. It was just a boy, who didn’t look too much older than she was. He probably thought she was crazy. Maybe she was crazy.

Her grip on the rock loosened, and she realized dully that she had cut her palm open on its sharp edge. She didn’t really care all too much. She let the rock fall to the ground beside her feet, letting out a breath she hadn’t known she was holding.

She wiped at her eyes with her good hand, smearing mascara over her cheekbones. She wanted to get herself into some semblance of order before she tried to speak. She didn’t want her voice to come out sounding weak-- she looked pathetic enough as is.

In a verse where Jay was around when it happened, she fought Bruce tooth and nail on letting Peter become Robin. Every one of the former Robins had died, faking it or not, and she wasn’t planning on letting her son become the next fallen sidekick.

Eventually she backs down, of course (though Bruce knows that if anything were to happen to Peter heads would roll, literally) and she sits him down and explains that it’s not that she thinks he couldn’t handle it, or that she doesn’t trust him, but she doesn’t trust Gotham, doesn’t even really trust Bruce.
