As a mama to an ambitious toddler, wife, and full time wedding specialist for the best hotel in San Francisco (I can’t help it I love the Mark Hopkins) the stress and workload is non-stop in every category of life. Next Barre – Danville Studio

I started with Next Barre after receiving a Living Social deal which was a great way to get introduced to a new fitness plan and routine. I had no idea what to expect and was blown away by the intensity of the low impact sets and the direction and guidance from the instructors. I’m not a tire flipping, rope swinging, crawl in the mud kind of athlete but I do love a good challenging workout and this is it! Just when I think I have mastered a move, the instructors change it up so every class is a challenge and the results speak for themselves.
