A fresh and crunchy twist on the classic BLT sandwich, these spring rolls are perfect for a light and tasty meal or appetizer.

Ingredients: 6 rice paper wrappers. 12 strips of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled. 1 cup lettuce, shredded. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Add honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix in the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. To make the dipping sauce, mix it well. Put warm water in a big bowl. After dipping one rice paper wrapper into the water for five seconds, it should be easy to bend. Cover the wet package with a clean, damp kitchen towel or a plate. Place some chopped up lettuce, bacon bits, and cherry tomato halves in the middle of the wrapper. Like a burrito, fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and then roll it up tight. Do it again with the rest of the fillings and wrappers. Put the BLT spring rolls out with the sauce you made to dip them in. Have fun with your tasty BLT spring rolls!
