Thank you New Zealand for the mental reset 😌 2022 has been as amazing as tiering, while becoming new parents, getting new jobs, travelling after covid to our loved ones… It’s been full of amazing new things but the mental load has not really gone down 😂😂😂 I’m grateful to start 2023 with 3 weeks in NZ with Bart and Jamie in order to start the year right 🥰 The past years, we were confined, I usually barely had clients in Jan and Bart kept working as nothing changed in Cybersecurity for him 😂 I feel like we needed this break to have an even better year! Hi guyyys, A bit of stress yesterday as I blocked my afternoon to study hard to re-certify for @gallup 💪🏽 Being a strengths coach is at the core of my business. I feel like the more I debrief it with clients, the more I learn about people, reading and understanding them but also from them as we all use similar strengths differently. Today, I had a chat with a leader who had never done Gallup but from listening to her, I played her strengths back at her and what may be draining to her in the process of achieving some of her goals. She told me that it was exactly why she’s been putting it off. I fell so happy to have done so much work on strengths the last 2 years that I can now hear patterns of strengths in my clients and support them even more in their journey. A few weeks ago, I had a great make-up artist come to my house for my mom’s bday 😍 we then had a photoshoot with our newborn baby as a family 🥰 it was awesome and a much needed break 🤩 How amazing to be reunited after 2.5 years 💙 We also celebrated surviving our 1st month as parents 😂 I used to not be able to celebrate much and would move on to the next thing. ⭐️ Self-Care ⭐️ Guys, do you take time to relax even in changing / challenging and unknown maybe even stressful times ? For me relaxing is always: 💪🏽Watching a TV serie or a movie 💪🏽 Going for a walk 💪🏽 Getting my nails done 💪🏽 reading a good book 💪🏽singing and or dancing 💪🏽going for a girl’s night out 💪🏽 Going out to a nice restaurant with hubby or friends 2 weeks ago (tomorrow) I became a mom so obviously it has been different 😂 - I still get to watch TV series when time allows - I sing but for my son to make him fall asleep, I came up with a Disney homemade mix 😂 But today, what I wanted was to get my 💅 done, so after taking turns with my hubby so he could rest today, here I am, finally getting my nails done 😍 When was the last time you did something for YOU?
