Good morning guyyys ☀️ What a morning 🤩 waking up to my PCC certification from International Coaching Federation less than a year after my ACC 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 (yup I danced to that this morning 🤪) This year has been an amazing journey with a lot of learning, growth mindset being challenged at all times thanks to World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) with amazing trainings like ACE, Journey to Mastery and Virtuoso with David B. Peterson & David Goldsmith 🤗 Thanks to my peer coaches and mentors accross the world for their feedbacks, to the consultancies that hired me, to the clients who picked me as their coach 🥰 to my friends & family who always supported me this year and to my hubby & BFF Bartosz Inglot who always told me to reinvest what I earn in learning as there is nothing better in life! ❤️ His growth mindset definitely empowered mine ❤️ This year has been full of certifications and on my board I even forgot my last one, Korn Ferry adapted to Microsoft ! It has been FULL on! I dedicate my success to everyone mentioned above as this is not something I did alone, so again, thank you all 🎉 David Goldsmith told me last week that I don’t celebrate my company’s achievements (and he was right 😬🤭) so I booked a nice restaurant to celebrate for end of December ! ⭐️ Support System ⭐️ WHO is yours ? 🥇 🍀 2 weeks ago the facilitator from the coaching certification I’m about to finish with @wbecsgroup “Journey to Mastery” called me and told me that he dropped my name for an exclusive & intensive program that he is doing himself. Hosted by the same Davids that set the coaching programs I’ve been on-going all year 🏆 he thought I had “virtuoso” [great potential of genius as a coach] and that through this program, I would be able to learn even more and take my coaching deeper for my clients and myself. 🌞 Not a lot of people hear about it or get in, quite exclusive 🌞 I have many on-going changes in my life for 2022, different projects and I wasn’t convinced at all that adding another coaching program was the way to do it 🤓🧐 My husband pushed me to watch the introduction recording of the program and told me to sign-up as learning is always a priority and that he has my back for everything 💪🏽💪🏻 I am absolutely amazed about the fact that : 💪🏽 My facilitator, knowing my circumstances / projects still dropped my name for next year to push / support me 💪🏽 My husband still thought it was important for me to keep my coaching journey no matter what WHO is your support system? Are you AWARE of who they are ? LEAN on them to push and challenge you at any time as they might see opportunities that you do not! Bit of an impostor syndrome on my part, glad that my support system challenged & supported me ! I couldn’t be more thankful 😍 New program starts next tuesday ! 🤗⭐️ will keep you guys posted !
