so for me bitna is a really interesting character bc i identify a lot with her from high school. i was that same "that bitch" who slept around too much, hooked up, and did crazy shit yk?

but i think there's a lot more 'nuance' and depth to such people as there is to everybody.

for me, the "hooking up" was search for affection growing up with really busy parents who often didn't have time for me. not to say they didn't love me or forgot about me. i'm actually very very close with my parents, but in their efforts to parent as very young parents and work and be successful, sometimes they had to prioritize. and i dont blame them.

bitna, i see as someone with distant parents and emotionally unavailable people in her life, and she searches for love and validation and affection from outside. she's not looking for love in hook ups, but sometimes you do it to feel something yk? I don't know. that's how i feel.

i also see her as an only child. whereas gyuhyun is probs an older sibling, used to compromise and not getting his way often, but very patient and calm.
