That’s where the image url for the member goes! For example, here is the image url for the first image on network 01:

It’s the url in the toolbar, but it’s a direct link (meaning the end is .jpg, .png, etc). This is the link again and this is the image that will show once it’s in the “img src=“ code:
So for each member you have, you’ll have to upload the image and use the direct link. You can use imgur, tinypic, or
upload them as you would a normal image on tumblr
instead of posting, save it to your drafts
go to tumblr.com/drafts
right click on the images and click “open image in new tab”
when the page opens, you may need to change the url, this particular theme has 150X150 icons, so the url should actually say “xxx_250.jpg”
paste those urls in the img src part
