The WiFi version is $70. Arduino shields can plug into it. I’m not sure if I need a .NET-centric box though. I don’t see any indication it can run NodeJS

I have the main structure for the trial led cube build :), now I just need to trouble shoot it and lean to work with the netduino code. Expect some cool interactive led cube light shows and possibly even some custom led vu meters in the near future!
1. If you are interested in hardware hacking but prefer working with C#, then the Netduino board looks interesting and it's based on Arduino. We're setting up a group of guys at work to play with it.

3. Do you use IFTTT? They'd added a Salesforce.com Chatter channel. I'm thinking of creating a recipe that posts our app's five star reviews. It's great fun to read them. (I read all the bad reviews as well - it's a great way to find ways to improve.)
Don't use IFTTT? It's a site that lets you create simple automation tasks on the web. You specify a trigger source and then an associated action. These are "recipes". I have a recipe that will send me a text message when our app hits #1 in our category in the App Store. I have another that sends me an email when Netflix adds new content in Canada.
