nessa is for the people who had to fight not to be judged for their abilities or their family history

boq is for the people who were trapped or hurt by those higher on the social ladder than them

ANOTHER ONE

Nessarose knew why. It took the one lion cub escapade for her to figure out where her sister kept disappearing to. She wondered which animal her sister set free this time, and where she must have found it. If that was even what she was doing out in the rain, of course. She could've been gone out somewhere with Galinda or Fiyero, but Nessarose didn't ask any questions about her animal theories or Elphaba's social life theories. She wondered if Elphaba knew that she knew about the animal thing, and she also wondered when Elphaba would tell her. Or if she would even.

She was in her sister's part of the dorm she shared with Galinda, who at present wasnt in the dorm either. Well, Nessarose supposed, that kind of ruled Galinda out of the equation. If they were together, surely they would've come back together as well, but Nessarose didn't question that either.

She realised how suspicious it must've looked that she was alone in her sister's dorm, so quickly (and truthfully) she said, "I was digging around for my set of measuring cups for potions. I cant remember if I borrowed them to you or to Boq, but I cant find them. And I decided to just wait in here until the rain subsided."

She turned around, surprised to see Nessa here, as she didn't expect her arrival.

"I needed to save an Animal. A Lizard who was just like the cub. But I'm doing fine", she said. She wondered if Nessa only came to her room because of this, but then she was told about the measuring cups.
