Now that it has arrived, I can finally show the world this!

I made a physical object! I bound @brightwanderer 's fantastic fic The Rose and The Serpent.

This was my first time making a casebound book and it was an experience. But

1. It is finished now, and

2. I am actually so happy with how it turned out!

Many thanks to the @renegadepublishing people and specially @armoredsuperheavy for getting my ass into gear and getting me to finish this after 4 months of mostly stalling!

Technical stuff: The book is case bound, rounded but not backed. Typeset in Garamond, with titles and dropcaps in kingthings foundation and kingthings petrock, using LibreOffice.

My second (finished) binding project is The Girlfriend Experience, by @rageprufrock.

Typeset in Garamond, bound using the sewn boards method.

Another Destiel fic! This was written by tiamatv, and you can find it here.

It is a sewn boards binding with a breakaway spine, and the typesetting is done entirely in Garamond, using LibreOffice.

The art on the first page is by @destiel-fanart-is-the-weapon and can be found here, thank you so much for letting me use it!
