Hello hello book dragons! I will be honest I don’t have much to say or a question for you guys. It weird I usually ask how so everyone doing but in light of what is going on maybe asking that question isn’t the best idea. • • • But one thing that helps me when I’m down or just worried is actually some of @nerdypotionsco pure potions and defuser necklaces. I love these and use them almost everyday, I’m going to have to make an other soon. Hey book dragons! It’s Monday, and so far is been a long Monday at that. I’m tired and honestly can’t wait for the new year. One thing I want to focus on is my own mental heath and physical health. Hey book dragons! So I’m sick, again.... I swear I can’t ever fee good lol. So today I spend taking care of myself. Basically that boils down to me sleeping and trying to eat soup. But I will say one of my favorite things is to add a few drops of the night court pure potion into my humidifier. It makes thing smell so good. Hello my book dragons! So this weekend I had the most horrible migraine of my life and no I’m not being dramatic. I was in bed all day Saturday because of it and I’ll be honest around 7pm I was desperate for anything to work. So I tried a bit of @nerdypotionsco spray “Day court” it did help , I also mixed it with a lavender spray I have. Now I do know thy Kathryn has a few scents that lavender is a part of.
