Yeah that's not even really valid criticism as per the Arkhamverse because he does give you some riddles and the rest of it is puzzles. He's always been about puzzles. His first cover outright says he's the Prince of Puzzles and has him presiding over Batman and Robin trapped in a puzzle. He's always been like that.
I want you to know that's it's hard not to associate the Arkham Knight Riddler with you. Every time I see rids from arkham knight I'm instantly "Indy's Rids" in my head
Find someone who appreciates him more than me :)
dccomicsfancast replied to your post: It’s like you somehow knew I needed writing advice to push past my perfectionism
You are very, very rarely going to hit perfect in writing. You’re going to get perfect sentences, or perfect paragraphs, but almost never are you going to write the perfect story. I have maybe two I would consider perfect and I have about a hundred forty stories. And one of them I haven’t read in a while so I don’t even know if it holds up anymore.
I don’t understand the process of perfectionism because I don’t have that problem, but in writing you’re not going to hit it very often. The best you can do is your best at the time.
