Someone posted on Facebook that JK Rowling has disclosed the name of the North American wizard school (it’s Ilvermorney, by the way), and it intrigued me, possibly because it’s so late, and got me into a Harry Potter mood.
...trying to condense this. So long story short, I joined Pottermore, just to learn more about the new stuff, and decided to “get sorted” into my Hogwarts House.
I was mildly anxious that I wouldn’t be sorted into Ravenclaw, but of course I was.
Also, for the sake of oversharing, I was chosen by a hawthorne wand with a unicorn hair core.
You know you're a history major when it takes you 10 minutes to find ten scholarly journals and weed out the ones that are available online in 5 minutes so by the end of 15 minutes you have 6 available sources before most people even have two.

So, for a long time now, I've wanted to go around my area to all the historical markers just because I'm a nerd like that. I just looked up a list, and there are a lot. :)
My plan is to take my camera and take a picture of it and then later post them on facebook or here or something. I may even start tomorrow! ;)
