research OCD. research how this affect, research intrusive thought. see can find testimonial, some one write experience. emulate in all. the floor creak? check every where, make sure is not intruder. mental check: door lock, window close, no way else in room. people near are safe or danger, to me or other? every thing constant on edge.

some one touches? even in pass by? scope them out, try to find why they touch. exhaust every avenue before ok to think it is nothing.

this happen, all this. 24/7. constant exhaust. gallows humor so you say you want kill your self people think it is you are tired + agree way coworker does after bad customer.
