Hey there Annony you seem to be making a few assumptions here I’d like to clear up for you.
#1) Most charities will decline donations from NSFW sources. It was something that we looked into and is not an option for this kind of stream. Money raised by this kind of event generally will be considered damaging to a company or organizations image and thus will be declined. A great example being when PornHub tried to raise money for Breast Cancer and got their donation was refused.
#2) Laughter is the best medicine.
Do I think this kind of stream will change anything in the grander scheme of Tumblr’s meltdown?

But.
Do I want to spend the entire day leading up to the 17th alone, waiting for hours to tick away to the uncertainty of what will happen to my account and my years worth of work on this website?

#3) I honestly am not a huge fan of drawing NSFW art, but that is a broad term and it has multiple facets to it. NSFW can mean gore, it can mean lewd acts, it can mean more than just something kinky. Personally, I’d much rather draw a background in a city or a fantasy world then porn, but I’m bending a few rules of mine due to the state of things and the stream theme.

I don't have a problem with the porn but shipping flugcest or incest or hatcest or what-have-you is literally against the law. It's harmful to survivors of sexual abuse who went through that. Thanks anon, I know what pangender is. You may be thinking of omnigender, which is "every gender possible for you". I'm not trying to trash talk any genders either, but I personally take offense to people saying they experience genders they have no claim to. It's a real sensitive subject for me, especially when so many culture-specific genders are being used by people who have and never will experience the hardships and isolation of being from that (almost always marginalized) culture.
