Ps) sorry bushroots hair looks weird, I cant seem to get it right

That part in “Life, the Negaverse, and Everything” where Drake wasn’t going to leave until he was confident that he was leaving Nega-Gosalyn in good hands, that’s just a good scene and one of the many reasons I’m just disappointed the series never touched on the Negaverse again (missed opportunity to include them in “Crisis on Infinite Darkwings”, tbh), because this is just a great wholesome sequence, and like, Darkwing’s love for his daughter just extends to all versions of her, it seems, and I love that

“🎁 - What kind of gift-giver are they? Do they give thoughtful gifts? Expensive gifts? Practical gifts?”

Nega-Megavolt: Megavolt’s pretty bad about remembering important dates like birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc., so his gifts tend to be last-minute and kind of rushed. He’ll put a little thought into them and try to remember what the person likes or if they mentioned needing anything, but it’ll usually just be the first thing he sees at a store that makes him go “Oh, that will work!”

Nega-Quackerjack: Quackerjack’s definitely a more thoughtful person when it comes to gifts and especially enjoys hand-making gifts whenever possible. He plans everyone’s gifts out pretty far in advance so he has plenty of time to make them properly. His gifts range from hand-carved wooden music boxes that play the person’s favorite song to personalized stuffed animals all the way up to intricate models or dioramas of their favorite places.

Nega-Bushroot: Bushroot is another thoughtful gift-giver, though he hates to admit it. He tends to get people things he knows they really want, even if they’ve never said anything about it- he’s pretty good at paying attention to facial cues and picks up on when someone REALLY likes something and wants to have it. So, he’ll surprise the intended person with the gift they secretly wanted, but he’ll play it off as “Eh, I just thought it looked okay...”

Summary:  The Negaverse- a world where the city of Saint Canard is ruled by the villainous Negaduck. In this city overrun with crime and corruption, a group of heroes come together to fight back against injustice.

For some reason (probably because of the DT17 episode featuring the Fearsome Four and Darkwing Duck), my Friendly Four story from ages ago has been getting a lot of attention on AO3 recently, and I realized I never really did a master post for it over here. Bushroot: Can’t really get drunk since becoming a plant-mutant, but back when he was a regular duck he was definitely a bitter and snappy drunk- he’d be quick to agitate at the slightest provocation and usually drank at home by himself to avoid getting into fights with people, which only furthered his bitterness since he felt lonely and isolated (though he’d never admit to that).

Megavolt: Doesn’t usually drink enough to get drunk since he doesn’t like drinks with a high alcohol content, but on the few occasions where it’s happened he’s become a forgetful drunk- his memory issues are worse while intoxicated and he forgets things said to him less than a minute ago, and completely forgets the entire time period by the time he’s sober (pretty much like being black-out drunk from the moment he’s fully intoxicated).

Quackerjack: Definitely a fun and giggly drunk, both in and out of his Quackerjack persona- he ends up laughing at all jokes (especially his own), playing small pranks on others, and just becomes generally more giggly about everything little thing that happens around him (even things that aren’t objectively funny).

“💡 - How does your OC enact plans? Do they plan down to the smallest details, or do the wing it?”

Nega-Quackerjack often gives off the impression that he doesn’t think things through and just makes his plans up as he goes along, but he’s actually very intelligent and can make fairly detailed plans on the fly. In my “Meetings” story, when he was told to save the civilians from the oncoming tidal wave, he came up with the plan to use robotic teddy bears and bungee cords to bring the people below up onto the higher rooftops in a quick, efficient manner.

“✂️ - What kind of thing would have your OC cut someone out of their life? How likely are they to let someone back in?”

Most of them are pretty forgiving, so it would take something extreme like a betrayal that nearly got one of their partners killed to cut a person out of their life. If something like that happened, it’s hard to say if they’d let the person back into their lives since they have to draw a line somewhere- it would probably come down to what the person’s intentions were during the betrayal.
