This is what I sent my guy friend who is MAJORLY depressed on being single. I'm 16 but I'm not allowed to date and closest thing I've had to a relationship was with my neighbor last year, but I've learned a lot through just watching my friends and comforting broken hearts: "First off you're not stupid. I know that through our several conversations. So we have that out of the way. And second; relationships are suppose to be difficult and messy and hard to find. You're pairing with people around the world out of 7 billion people in this world till you find that one person you can spend the REST of your life with HAPPILY and in PEACE. You expect that to be easy? And even with the help of God there is suppose to be heart ache to show us not everything is perfect and shape us through the experience. You're nothing if not with a few scars. And you're not going to find it one go, so be patient and enjoy the relationships that come and go. God has a handle on it, he won't let it overflow, maybe God wants you to be single right now so you can focus on something else. Who knows? You're in highschool, there's not a class on love so why are you trying to major in it? Just be happy with what you got.
