1. Dean is in some sort of Coma like Sam’s when he has to get the pieces of his soul. Dean is locked inside of himself and Sam has to go in and try to bring his brother back. When he gets there he encounters a woman which is really odd to him. This woman turns out to be the female side of Dean and she helps Sam get to the core Dean. Along the way, Sam meets different parts of Dean. A kid part (De), the genius part (DJ), the torturer(nameless), the broken and of course Deanna. Finally, they find the core Dean and Sam fixes him.
2. John loses custody of Sam and Dean after Dean's first grade teacher reports John to CPS. Sam and Dean spend their lives in and out of foster care and experience the best and the absolute worse homes. Finally, when Dean is nineteen he gets custody of his brother and he finally gives him a home. (Based off of my brain going wild listening to Home by Phillip Phillips)
3. Dean gets turned into a girl and there's no way to fix it.
5. Rockstar AU: Sam and Dean are teenagers with a dream. To be rockstars. So 17 year old Dean and 13 year old Sam form a band with some of their neighbors with hopes of going on 'Do ya got it?!' the regional televised talent show that gets you a record deal with the area's biggest producer. (This can be like a verse type thing if people are interested!)
