Why is that you have to sell your self short or be subordinate to get a job today? Why is it that you can't sell yourself to employers and recruiting bodies and it doesn't come off as boasty, full of self or too strong willed? Why is it that that we spend so much time studying and yet still recuirting bodies fail to acknowledge our skills, experiences, knowledge, potentials, and abilities for the job? Why is it or is it just a matter of unfairness or a mixture of colorism sexism, and organizational politics that never end even when they say equal employment opportunity, is it really though? I need some thoughts because I just can't and will never fathom a sytem that is built to go backwards with a face imaging forward mobility.
