I reserve the right to refuse commissions for any reason.

I take upfront payment only. This is non-negotiable.
After your payment has been processed and successfully received, I will immediately begin working on your commission. I will give you progress updates at any point you ask for them - however, please be aware that I work full-time and am a student. Should any circumstances come up that leave me unable to finish your commission for whatever reason, I will fully refund you and your commission will be considered ineffective for the time being unless we come to a different agreement.
After the check in process, refunds are off the table barring the above mentioned circumstances. Please be aware that I will not refund you if you decide halfway through the process that you no longer want your commission.
Once you have received your commission and are satisfied with it, I obviously can’t control what you do with my art. However, I ask that you not redistribute it as your own, resell it, rebrand it in any way, or use it or allow it be used for the production of NFT.
Disclaimer: I reserve the rights to any art I produce. Your characters and intellectual property are your own; I won’t claim them as mine or use them for any purpose you do not expressly agree to. Refusal to go along with these terms will result in you being blacklisted & refunded for any current standing commissions.

I have so many Smaug/dragons feels right now.
