Apocalypse AU where Jed has to put down Octavius before he turns. Ending 1: Octavius ends up turning before Jed can muster the courage to kill him. I was just thinking about the Soulmate AU thing, and what if since like Jed and Tavi were just figurines, they didn't come to life with a soulmate tatttoo. What if they never got one, until one day they start fighting and they break up(assuming they were together) and they wake up the next morning with tattoos of each others names violently glowing on their skin that don't go away, even during the day, until they make up, upon which they promptly disappear again
1/2 I assume you're the artist for the Notre Dame AU (tho if not please direct me) and I just wanted to offer my help with it if you needed any. Like, Kah is able to control Ahk emotionally because he gets Ahk to believe his heart was going to be devoured by Ammit in the afterlife for being evil but Kah stepped in & pleaded for his case. He tells Ahk they're in the afterlife & while his soul wasn't eaten, he's being punished & kept in a mummified state. If he leaves the room he will be destroyed
2/2 because everyone else is not as forgiving as he is. Their parents won’t visit because they are ashamed of his failings and that his soul would have been eaten. Ahk has no choice but to believe him, figuring he was too weak when he was Pharaoh, b/c Kah told him Egypt started to fall or something like that, idk.

To go along with this, I also think that since Ahk is kept in this zombiefied state, it affects his memory. one of the reason he believes Kah so willingly is because he cant really remember his past. So he trusts Kah blindly. (send moar if you want <3)
Part 2, of the tango thing, Ahkmenrah and Octavius are flourishing with the tango lessons, and the French have officially been cast out of Spanish turf. Larry and Jedediah are like I can't dance for shit and I'm going to let down Ahkmenrah or Octavius because I have two left feet. This leads to a lot of secret practicing , Larry during the day and Jedediah whenever Octavius goes to his Latin poetry readings or army training sessions.
