Most times, the reason we fail or experience so many setbacks, is because what we do or did that got us into sad situations, weren't part of God's plan for us. God is not obliged to fund plans He wasn't a part of. He is not obliged to give victory in battles He didn't plan. He might only do that because He is a merciful God. When you move outside the will of God for your life, you become susceptible to attacks from the enemy; emotional, psychological, financial battles that weren't meant to be there. If you're facing a hard time now, in any area of your life; business, career, relationships, academics or family, take a step back.
