“you’re not trying to make me jealous, are you? because… seriously, if you look in my direction before you kiss someone else one more time, you’re going to make me develop a bit of a complex.” as if they don’t already have one. natalia really isn’t too up herself however there is something about the dynamic they share that makes them feel confident. “like, what? you can’t kiss someone without thinking of me? are you that into me?”

it’s every damn cliché in the book. the rain, the low rumble of thunder in the distance, the fact they hadn’t managed to get back into town until late at night. natalia felt like the universe was sending them several signs as to why this was an awful idea. still, her hand lifted and delivered the knock at the door. perpetually flighty; when they’d left a few months back they’d never expected to be here again. she rocked back on her heels as the door swung open, lips trembling as they tried to form words. “...hi.”
