Tbh I don’t even want to see the kids. I only care about Erza and Jellal. I don’t care about their house or their kids. I just want to see them happy and together. I realize this is shonen and stories like this usually end with a show of kids to imply a happy marriage but I don’t want it. I actually hate the idea that marriage and kids are some kind of finish line. It’s a gross expectation for anyone. And any portrayal of that will likely be what I don’t want anyway. No shame on housewives (I am such a woman - not the wife part but the householder type) but that’s not what I want for Erza. In my mind Jellal is the one to stay home with any children but we probably won’t get that because of nonsense reasons.
TL;DR - I don’t want the happy family panel. I just want Erza and Jellal so I can draw my own conclusions.
