I made a leather ita bag! And a yuzu bag tag to go with the capybara- in- a- hot- spring theme. Most difficult leather project I've tried, next to when I made a carrying case for my switch. Very good learning experience, excited to make another one soon.
Things I learned: - Quadruple-check measurements because I somehow mis-measured the middle piece where the top zipper goes & had to add in those darts to make it fit to the sides because I didn't wanna unstitch & re-stitch the zipper. - If I'm gonna do these kinds of seams, either make the bag bigger so I won't damage the paint when trying to flip it right-side-out, or just save the painting for after it's sewn. - I can make leather bags!
[Video description: Mixed media sculpture of a miniature treehouse. The tree is dead and dried up. The ground is dry with only a few wispy tufts of yellow grass here & there. The 4-sided treehouse is made of wood with a peaked rusty metal roof. There's a broken rope ladder hanging down. I turn the model around to show all the sides. It has a window on each side, a couple cracked or broken. One of the branches broke off at some point. The tree kinda looks like a hand holding up the treehouse. I use my living human hand to open the front wall of the treehouse to reveal the inside & look around. Inside, there are 2 little ghosts. One is standing & one is sitting on a beanbag chair. There is a colorful striped rug on the floor, upon which are comic books, a portable CD player, CDs & some darts. On the wall is a dart board & various posters. Everything is a little dusty.]
A tiny haunted treehouse I've been working on for a couple weeks now! I used only stuff I had available without buying anything specifically for the project. I'm gonna donate it to a local event called the Litte House Auction later this month.
I feel like I should call it done here, but I miiiiight try to make some itty bitty stickers to put on the back of the door.
More bag tags! Lil frog on big lily pad, fellowship of the ring leaf pin, & archaeology trowel with chuska pottery sherds. I didn't like the first fellowship leaf [the smaller one] so I remade it. Good learning experiences.
Finally working on modding a G1 Lagoona MH doll that I started a long time ago. The plan is to add a lot of tattoos & piercings & make her all edgy, but in a very colorful way. I have no idea why the head is turning pink, but I really hope it's not the cheap braiding hair I got to try out rooting with. I still have to braid all that hair.

I’ve been working on this like all month It took a few days just to sew all the feet. Anyway, Merry Crisis & a noo-loo New Year from Treeby Efurbgreen.
Some signs I made for a friend's reenactment group. I am not a professional sign-maker, but I think they turned out okay. The pikes attach thru holes in the board with wires.
An absurd doll mod I’ve been working on for years. I just kinda add to it every time I find another little shiny sparkly thing to slap on there. I call it the Queen of Winter Nights, Harbinger of Frostbite.
This doll used to be a year 2000 Milennium Barbie that I had in the box since I was a kid, one of these:
I tried to reuse the original dress as much as possible, & turned the new year’s ball accessory into part of the staff.
