Su arte tiene una gran influencia del arte pop japonés de los 90. Es una obra que presenta imágenes de niños o animales de manera sencilla pero expresiva con gestos desafiantes o inquisitivos que chocan con la ternura que transmiten.
Son obras de carácter naive y atrevido, y presenta una clara influencia del arte japonés de posguerra. Utiliza generalmente tonos apastelados y composiciones luminosas. Tiene gran reconocimiento internacional y ha expuesto alrededor de todo el mundo.
