Iβm doing very well at the nap thing this week.
Sunday: 6hrs (in total). No doubt brought on by Mothers Day prep stress & socialising. Tuesday: 3hrs (in total). Definitely due to Careers Market related anxiety & forced socialising. Wednesday: 3hrs (straight). I guess I really needed it? :D
Iβm still getting 6-8 hours of sleep every night too.Β

I clearly needed that 4hr nap (4.10pm to 8.30pm)... There was a thunderstorm as well, so itβs not like Iβd have been able to use that time productively anyway.
