Enola meeting Moriarty early into her adventures in London and they become kind of friends is something that would have been hilarious, if entirely unlikely
Enola gets an extra sort of shield against Mycroft and Sherlock’s attempts to interfere with her freedom and maybe some training about how to better cover her tracks while Moriarty gets the satisfaction of being able to mess with Sherlock’s head and send him in a totally opposite direction with a fake clue about where Enola may be.
And Moriarty apparently has a younger sibling or two so maybe he also gets nostalgia for that and maybe the enjoyment of teaching an interested and intelligent student more advanced mathematics and such
I can just see Moriarty sending Sherlock in an opposite direction of his original investigation into Moriarty’s criminal empire and the only things Sherlock finds are taunting messages reading things like “Sebastian and I are better brothers to Enola than you and Mycroft” and “BTW Enola is really good at mathematics we just started our courses for unified calculus and analytic geometry” and “Sebastian has taught her how to shoot a gun and she’s such an amazing shot and we’re so proud” and “I’m making Enola my criminal heiress and she’s gonna be an amazing criminal mastermind one day” and giggling as Holmes rages
