Who’s more dominant: Narcissa unless Alecto has been acted on by a big enough fit of temper or concern. 

Who’s the cuddler: Alecto who can’t keep her face away from Narcissa’s hair. 

Who’s the talkative person: They both have plenty to talk about when they are together. 

What’s their favorite activity: Teasing strangers when they’re out dancing together knowing that the only bed they’ll end up is one or the other of theirs. 

Who uses all the hot water: Properly enchanted showers do not run out of hot water especially not when filled with two witches. 

Thing(s) they fight over: Amycus whenever Narcissa can see Alecto wavering on her resolution towards him. Lucius at least monthly. That damn phone. 

Who does most of the cleaning: Alecto has her elf in once a week but secretly she’s just learned to pick up after herself and Cissa too when she’s around. 

Who sleeps while watching a horror movie: Neither they both giggle and shriek and cuddle through them unless one gets too gory or upsetting in which case Alecto will promptly pretend to fall asleep to avoid it. 

Who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working:  Alecto. Cissa wilts in the cold. 

Who’s the reckless and destroys things: Alecto. 

Who does grocery shopping: Alecto keeps a few things in her flat but takeout is king. 

Who remembers anniversaries: Narcissa

Who cooks normally: Alecto cooks the prettiest poisons but will literally burn water trying to make pasta. It’s all about priorities. 

How often do they fight: Occasionally they have small fights every so often a blowout will occur but sex tends to defuse those easily enough. 

What do they do after fight: Make up for it one way or another. Whether it be sweet surprises of ways to make old enemies squirm or more immediate pleasurable writhing of their own. 

Nicknames for each other: Cissa and when Alecto is well and truly trashed “Sunshine” Cissa is the only person who can call Alecto princesa without any consequence. 

Who is more likely to pay for dinner: Narcissa. Alecto fought for awhile but quickly gave up. 

Who kissed who first: Alecto kissed Narcissa the first time she managed to shed enough nerves and inhibitions to do so. 

Who made the first move: Narcissa whose claim on Alecto struck near as life-changing and irrevocable as her Sorting moments earlier. 

Who remembers things: Both of them. Alecto is not so good at forgetting as she’d sometimes like to be

Who started the relationship: Narcissa although it took little more than her holding out her hand to Alecto. 

Who curses more: Alecto can not watch her fucking mouth.

A head canon: As much as she has done her fair share of sleeping around Alecto doesn’t tend to prefer actually sleeping with her partners. She’s learned to sprawl possessively tangled in mountains of blankets and pillows. Cissa makes one of few exceptions to the rule in no small part because when she came into Alecto’s life the opposite was true. Since she was born Alecto had always had a bed to crawl into when her nightmares grew too cruel and when she first forsook the ability to find that with her twin she found herself in Cissa’s bed more nights than not for a few months curling tightly against the other girl. Now when they collapse into bed together it is rarely comfort they are seeking but Alecto still sleeps soundly whenever her familiar bedmate stays the night. 

Who’s more dominant: Narcissa, most of the time.

Who’s the cuddler: Alecto. Narcissa enjoys it but doesn’t usually instigate.

Who’s the talkative person: Both. Narcissa probably talks more, but only by a little.

What’s their favorite activity: Buying stilettos they only ever wear in bed.

Who uses all the hot water: Both. They shower together.

Thing(s) they fight over: Technology usage, mostly. Narcissa is way too occupied with her phone.

Who does most of the cleaning: Alecto. Narcissa’s a slob.

Who sleeps while watching horror movies: Neither–they hold each other and scream.

Who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working: Alecto, because Narcissa’s in the bed sulking.

Who’s the reckless and destroys things: Alecto.

Who does grocery shopping: They eat takeout most of the time.

Who remembers anniversaries: Narcissa, complete with gifts that are obscenely expensive.

Who cooks normally: Alecto. But not usually food.

How often do they fight: Once or twice a week, rarely longer than ten minutes.

What do they do after fight: Kiss and make up, if it was a mild one, or straight to bed before cooling off.

Nicknames for each other: “Cissa” and “Sweetie.”

Who is more likely to pay for dinner: Narcissa, for whom money is no object.

Who kissed who first: Alecto kissed Narcissa while they were experimenting with marijuana in school.

Who made the first move: Narcissa, who put her arm around Alecto’s waist every time they walked beside each other.

Who remembers things: Narcissa. Good and bad.

Who started the relationship: Narcissa. She was tired of people calling Alecto “Amycus’ sister” and renamed her “Narcissa’s girlfriend.”

Who curses more: Alecto. Swears up a storm.

A head canon: Sometimes, they introduce a third party to their relationship, just to spice things up a bit.

Narcissa and Alecto: too close for everyone’s comfort but their own.
