Since I can't say every Nessian moment in acosf. I'm going with Rowan’s entrance in QOS. Aka the Rowaelin hug
Aelin took a step forward. One step, as if in a daze.
She loosed a shuddering breath, and a small, whimpering noise came out of her—a sob. And then she was sprinting down the alley, flying as though the winds themselves pushed at her heels.
She flung herself on the male, crashing into him hard enough that anyone else might have gone rocking back into the stone wall. But the male grabbed her to him, his massive arms wrapping around her tightly and lifting her up. Nesryn made to approach, but Aedion stopped her with a hand on her arm. Aelin was laughing as she cried, and the male was just holding her, his hooded head buried in her neck. As if he were breathing her in.

@nahthanks: “She/her, bi, but I would love a wlw match! I'm a slytherin and I've never really had a relationship before so I like moving slow but I HATE clingy people in terms of constant texts and smothering. I complain a lot and I like to spend most of my time indoors reading or curled in blankets. I love the rain and storms and cold seasons. Would love any affection given by a partner and someone to calm my nerves and little insecurities. SFW (but disgustingly fluffy if possible). Thank you!
You’ve been matched with a Rusalka!
In Slavic folklore, the rusalka (plural: rusalki) is a female entity, often malicious toward mankind and frequently associated with water. Rusalki appear in a variety of media in modern popular culture, particularly in Slavic language-speaking countries, where they frequently resemble the concept of the mermaid.
Folklorists have proposed a variety of origins for the entity, including that they may originally stem from Slavic paganism, where they may have been seen as benevolent spirits. According to Vladimir Propp, the original "rusalka" was an appellation used by Slavic peoples, who linked them with fertility and did not consider rusalki evil before the 19th century. They came out of the water in the spring to transfer life-giving moisture to the fields and thus helped nurture the crops.
There was a pond in your backyard that had been there since you and your parents had moved in when you were five, but only you knew what the secret of that pond was.
There was a woman in the water.
She wasn’t always a woman, though. She was once a child, like you. You met her when you were a small child after starting kindergarten. There was a girl in your school who made it her mission to make your day terrible, and you hated her. You had gone out to the pond when you got home and cried at the gate.
Your parents had built a fence around the pond so that you wouldn’t fall in accidentally, so you were surprised to hear a voice come from the inside of the fence.
“Why are you upset?” It asked.
You turned and saw a little girl with hair like water weeds filtering in the water around her head. Below the neck, she was submerged in the pond and you couldn’t see her. Her skin was pale with a greenish tinge and her eyes were like river clay.
“People are mean,” You said. “A girl made fun of my glasses.”
“Glasses?”
You pulled them off to show her.
“What are they for?”
“To see better. My eyes don’t work right.”
“Oh,” She replied. “That’s no reason to make fun of you.”
“Thanks,” You said. “What’s your name? Why are you in the pond?”
“I live here,” She said. “My name is Lilike.”
“That’s pretty,” You said. “You actually live in the pond?”
“Yes,” She said. “Since before I can remember.”
“Where are your parents?”
“The water created me.”
“So you don’t have a mom or a dad?”
She shook her head. “The water is my mother.”
“Do you have friends?”
She nodded. “The fishes and the frogs.”
“I mean people friends. Does anyone else live in the pond with you?”
She shook her head. “Just me.”
“That sounds lonely,” You said sadly.
“Is it?” She looked down at the water, considering. “Will you be my friend then?”
“Yeah!”
She smiled at you, revealing sharp teeth. “Are you happy now instead of sad?”
“Yeah,” You replied, smiling back. “I’m glad I made at least one friend.”
Many years had passed since you met her, and she had never faltered in her friendship to you. Hundreds of midnight swims had gone by, where you told her all your deepest secrets and fondest wishes.
On your twenty first birthday, you went out to greet her in the pond. She had grown up beautiful and shapely, and she was always happy to see you.
You took off your clothes and slipped into the water, reaching out to her for a hug. She climbed into your arms without hesitation.
“Happy birthday!” She sang. “Did you make a wish?”
“I did,” You said. “I’m hoping you can make it come true.”
“Of course, anything you like,” She said, smiling her sharp smile. You leaned in and kissed her lips. She squeaked in surprise, but pressed her cool body against yours, reciprocating.
“Was that what you wished for?” She asked, her pale cheeks a little flushed.
“Partly,” You replied. “I love you. I want to stay in this house and be with you always. That’s my wish.”
She giggled and played with your hair. “Wish granted.”

The suit of armor moves like the person inside is boneless, tilting precariously from side to side. They clank and clatter and the longer you watch, the more strange you feel, an uncertain huff of a laugh escaping your lips.
They whirl, having heard the noise, and their visor tings as it opens.
“Have a few too many?” You ask, trying to ignore your racing heart as they slowly, steadily meander back towards you. Their gauntlets catch on the edge of the fence when they try and grab hold for balance and then their arm stretches, hints of something pale and twisted visible underneath before the gauntlet snaps back to their arm. You jump to your feet, dread snapping through your veins when they’re close enough for you to see inside the armor.
Two glowing, pale blue, pupiless eyes stare back at you, followed by a sickle of a glowing smile.
Do you think you could ever do a fic (sort of like the secrets in Homeland) about Cardan asking about Jude's scars and finding the one from Locke? Just an idea that came to me like in a dream 🥺 if anyone could do it justice it would be you
Yooo this is a great idea and I’m so honored you thought of me to do it??? 🥺 Tbh it actually might fit really well in a oneshot I’m planning, I’ll definitely let you know how it goes 🙈

Aww thank you so much! I am glad you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed writing it. It has been about 24 hours and I’m already going through a bit of withdrawal without my boys...
Thank you for your kind words, and I hope you tune in for the next story! Don’t worry, I have a sequel in mind! :D

I'm sorry I keep asking but now I'm really curious the chance to ask you when I've obsessed with your work is blowing my mind do you prefer giants or little pixies?? Just as cute fluffs. Like bjg tree giants or general ones, or pixies/borrower people to sit in your palm?
No need to apologize!
I always welcome asks, though I’m not quite as prompt when it comes to answering as I am today.
hmmMM.. They kind of go hand in hand, I think?
I like the thought of giants because gentleness! Large beings being ridiculously careful! Having all the physical power and not being particularly interested in using it (or, at least not in a hurtful way).
While I love pixies because 1. Fae!! but also 2. pixie-size brings out a sense of wonder and adventure with utterly normal things. Climbing bookshelves! Swinging from the pullcord of a lamp or the blinds! Battling with an aphid to get them out of the roses!
Today (though honestly this is subject to change lmao) I would prefer giants because I would like to be lazy, and a giant could carry me around.
Actually, this helped clear up some thoughts I had on future endeavors, so thanks very much for sending this in! 😂
