so, every time you die you join the black parade right?

what if: gerard is just rejoining different black parades every time he dies, which explains his expressions, different actions and somewhat understanding of the world he's in / what's going on BECAUSE he's starting to crack the code of the procedures and that clerk's checklist.

^ this also makes me believe some of the final shows could be a LOT different to the first if this is true, and we can already see those gradual changes happening (one example being gerard fighting back!!)

BUT: the other 4 members are all different parade members from each (for lack of better word) universe ? also explaining their distinctive personalities and reactions to the elexecution!
