Ugh like I mean the only real reasons we hate Damon is because he raped Caroline, tried to kill Bonnie/Matt, snapped Jeremy’s neck, killed Alaric, killed Lexi, took away Stefan’s happiness by going after Elena for 3+ seasons even after Stefan sacrificed everything for that piece of shit.
