I did an interview today and asked if the player had been in the state he played in before and I knew he had bc of nhl development camp and then he was like I was born there and I was like oh yeah your dad played there omg I'm so sorry for all of that and he was like its ok, you talk to people all the time and we haven't talked in months. You don't have to remember everything about me. And I had to hold back tears bc it's been a shitty weekend and everything is heavy and I am genuinely tired of interviewing people this month and I felt so relieved that it was ok to kind of forget things
