So I did my last run on Monday (I think), I did 3 miles, over half without stopping which I've never been able to do before π and in my fastest 3 mile time, very proud of myself. Sadly, due to a stomach bug, infection, and running out of my tablets I haven't been able to run since and I had to do the last few miles of the challenge as walking, but a mile is a mile and it all counts. I dropped almost a stone this month so I've decided that once I'm better it's time to start building some muscle to bulk myself up as I'm now at the lowest weight I've been in the last 10 or so years and rather than eating crap to put it back on I'd rather tone up. Finally, I think I'm going to stick with running. I've really missed it since being poorly and can't wait to get back to it and see more improvements. I won't be running as much, especially if I'm trying to put weight on, but a few times a week along side weights will do me good.
