1. What was the first fandom you were in?

My first fandom... honestly, YouTube was my first proper fandom. Before that I did a lot of dollhouse miniatures and even went to a few miniture cons, but I don't think I was officially in the fandom... maybe. Ooh! Or Little House on the Prairie! That was probably my first fandom. I even made miniatures for that and dressed up like them to spin wool and stuff :)

Phil sat down on his bed, reaching up and giving the final adjustments to his tripod to film his new question and answer video. He bit his lip, eyeing the drawer in his bedside table- while most of the questions were coming from twitter, one was going to be coming out of a box in the shape of a ring. He took a deep breath. I can do this, he thought. “DAAAN?” he called out the open bedroom door. “I’M GOING TO START FILMING SOON!” He sat patiently as he heard Dan’s muffled ‘coming!’ from the bathroom as he finished his hair. He heard the door creak open and rushed footsteps come down the hall until his boyfriend of three years entered the room, sitting next to him on the bed and kissing him on the cheek. Phil smiled, returning the gesture before reaching forward and pressing record. Dan scooted out of the frame, leaving Phil to do his introduction. Phil smiled and waved as usual, but it all went downhill when he opened his mouth. “Hey gu- Ha- He-” He cleared his throat, upset by his stuttering. I need to calm down, he thought. He tried his hardest to ignore the small smirk plastered across Dan’s face and focus on actually saying his greeting- which was proving to be much harder than it should have been. He took a deep breath before re-doing the wave with a smile, successfully introducing the video. “..And, I have a special guest with me here today!” he said with a smile. “Introducing my lovely assistant, danisnotonfire!” he announced, holding out his arms to cue Dan. Dan jumped into the frame, smiling like an idiot.

“Hello, Internet!” he greeted the camera. They went on about the main point of the video, which was picking questions that the fans had sent them on twitter and simply answering them- just like old times. They went through tons of questions, both knowing that not even half of them would make the final cut. While Dan was off to the kitchen to grab spoons to see if they could hang them on their noses, Phil quickly dove his hand into the bedside table’s top drawer and rummaged around until he found the velvety box he was looking for. He quickly pocketed it, hearing Dan’s footsteps as he returned with the spoons. They goofed around, but Dan could tell that something was off about Phil. Phil set aside the laptop, looking Dan in the eyes.

“N-next question,” he stuttered. He could feel his hands shaking where they lay on the bed, obvious to Dan who quickly took his hands in his own.

“Are you okay, Phil? What is it?” Dan asked, genuine concern covering his face. Phil bit his lip. I can’t do this. “Phil, is it the question? What’s the question?” Dan asked, leaning forward and kissing Phil softly on the lips in an attempt to calm him slightly. Phil sighed. I have to do this.

“I r-really like you, no, I really l-love you, Dan, and-” he clumsily got down from the bed, onto one knee and pulled the box out of his pocket. Dan’s jaw fell, realizing what was going on, why he was so nervous, and why he wanted to film a Q&A video in the first place. He put his hand over his mouth, a blush spreading across his cheeks. Phil snapped the box open, revealing the last question of the video- “W-will you marry me?” Phil asked. Dan felt his eyes tear up and all he could do was nod, at a complete loss for words. Phil smiled, the nervousness falling away. “Really!? You will?” he asked excitedly. Dan nodded, crying and smiling at the same time.

“Of course, you idiot!” he cried, pulling Phil back up to the bed by him. He pulled Phil close, capturing him in a deep kiss as they both cried tears of joy. They broke apart only so Phil could put the ring on Dan’s finger before falling out of the camera’s shot to do something that was definitely not going onto YouTube.

1.what was the last thing you bought?

Uh... I went to Wal-Mart yesterday and bought hand soap, ranch dressing, and tank tops (I feel like this is the beginning of a joke but I have no punch line)

2. what was the last song you listened to?

Miss Jackson - Panic! At the Disco

3. can you play any instruments?

Hahahahaha... no

4. are you part of any fandom?

*sigh* I suppose. (Not just any fandom; THE Phandom--non-ship side though)  

5. favorite youtubers?

Dan, Phil, Carrie, Alex, Charlie, John & Hank, wheezywaiter... and so on for eternity

6. tea or coffee?

TEA (until so much caffeine is coursing though my veins that my fingers are jittering too badly to type anymore, you know what I mean?)

7.where are you now?

On the computer... where are you? *looks over shoulder*

8.have you ever been to a gig?

Uh... you're going to have to define "gig". Remember, I was raised nearly Amish. I've been to concerts (with my parents) at churches before... but that's about the extent of it :p

9. favorite blog?

Oh gosh... let's not do this. I like all the people I follow. 

10. favorite ice-lolly

I assume this is a popsicle. The only flavor I sort of like is tangerine.

11. do you want any tattoo’s? (if so what?)

I second-guess everything I do, say, write, think... I tried to change my name on fanfiction.net and freaked out so bad that I changed it back. I think I'd probably have a heart attack if I tried to permanently alter my body by getting a tattoo (nothing against tattoos; I just couldn't handle one) 

12. whats your favorite season?

Haha at first I thought you meant of a TV show! (I need to get out) Uh... summer I guess... fall is nice too. Not of fan of winter and spring is overrated.

13. whats your best memory?

The first thing that came to my mind was when my 70-something year old grandma taught me how to properly arm-fart.

14. what’s your favorite song?

It changes constantly. When I find a song I like, I tend to listen to it until my ears bleed and then I have to take a 3-month break from it. Right now, my favorite is probably "Bath is Black" by Maria Hackman.

15. what’s your greatest fear?

That I have chosen the wrong religion and will eternally burn in hell when I die. (but if you wanted a cheerier one... uh, I don't like snakes much)

16. do you have any pets? (what are they?)

Yep. Two dogs. Sandy is 14 yrs old, completely blind, mostly deaf, half-limp and sleeps like, 22 hours a day. Tucker is 2 yrs old, annoying, rambunctious, and sort of insane. 

17. what’s one of your most embarrassing moments?

When I was 10

(no further story; I was just about the most embarrassing person you'd ever met when I was 10)

18. what was your favorite bed time story as a child if you had one?

My dad would always read Bible stories to us before bed; I liked the story of Naomi and Ruth so much that when my little sister was born, I asked that she be named Naomi Ruth... and she was ;)

19. what’s your favorite color?

Orange. Nobody else seems to like orange so I took pity on it.

20. how long have you had a tumblr account?

Only a few months. Since May I think?

21. whats one candy you would scream over?

Why would i scream over candy? I like to EAT candy... not scream at it. Silly question. Reese's cups I guess.

22. whats your best and worst subject?

My best is English (big shock) and... um... I actually did pretty well in school, not gonna lie. I disliked math and science, although I was alright at them I guess...
