There had been absolutely nothing out of the ordinary today. He'd gone to work, come home and sat with Rapunzel for a while before taking Sawyer and Justin out for a walk. That's where he was now, venturing to the outskirts of the kingdom with the dogs where it was less cobblestone roads and more country lanes. A few people would pass by every so often and Justin would attempt to play with them. But then Tex saw someone else.
His jaw literally dropped, his throat constricted and his heart started doing embarassing things at the sight of the all too familiar blond. Sawyer was predictably excited, bounding up to her and leaping around, something Tex kind of felt like doing too. Instead he stood there staring at her, a slight smile beginning to spread across his lips. It had been so long. "Ann."
