My beautiful Brahmas are getting hefty

Meet my baby Brahma backyard chicks!

The babies are growing steadily and have moved to their new accommodation a couple of nights ago. I built the coop from recycled pallets, old planks that used to be my parents' veranda, and tin roof offcuts from when we built their house.

Pictured are Arvid, Sandy, Chai and Airi. Sadly, in early December little Paget became very ill and the only way the vet could help him was to ease his passing. He was a lovely little birb and I was very sad to have to say goodbye so early.

But the other four are happy and healthy and all love a good cuddle and are running around the yard all day chasing bugs, dust bathing in a pile together, and eating weeds. In the last two pics Airi is melting into some head scratches from my husband. She ended up almost upside down sliding down his leg, she was so relaxed lol.

This is a caution to anyone considering to purchase from the company, BoutineLa. I had the worst possible experience with them. Ordered a suit, they sent the wrong sizes. I sent them back for an exchange and didn’t hear anything from them for almost a month, and the tracking on the shipment stated it arrived at their facility only a week and a half after I mailed it. Finally after posting complaints on their Facebook page, I received an email stating they had emailed me previously and the item was now out of stock. I never got any email prior. They offered store credit in the email, which I accepted. However, I never got any reply from them after that. I sent several emails requesting a refund because of the poor customer service and because I didn’t want to risk going through this all over again. It’s been 3 months since the initial purchase and still product, or money back and still no response from their “customer service”.
