It's hard to believe that a year ago, we were in the midst of audiologist appointments and developmental evaluations due to concerns over her lack of speech. Now she's talking in sentences, singing, reading, as well as showing off signs of a killer sense of direction (most definitely NOT courtesy of me). Her playground locator instincts are particularly strong. And so far, she seems like she's going to be a good person. (Probably also not courtesy of me).
