Your Headline

tags in there, this is what the headline for your “box” will be (”Description”, “Tags”, “Links”, etc). So, each “section” you add, you have to have a headline for. It’s basically not “sections”, but more like “chapters”, because it’s not in a box, but just text below a headline - do I make sense?

Below the headline, you put 

to get those dotted lines.

Links you simply add with Your Link Description, and if you want it to have those little question marks, put it between a 

and put a

 around every single link - this makes it a list, and the list is formatted in the CSS so that the bullet points are the question marks.

And, be sure to do all of that before

, because this is where your sidebar ends ;)

-continued- and u feel like your brain is going to explode?? bc mine happens occasionally. this happens before but i can manage it but now it makes me so worried it's like a dysmenorrhea but for the brain. also, most of the symptoms of ADD r present in me and has been long occurring. do u have any suggestions on how i could address this problem? i think u're going to say that i should consult a specialist. also, i'm a big fan of classical music & play d piano & realized it calms me. thanks!!! :D

I do think a lot of people with ADHD (or ADD) can relate to this. I definitely can. One of the criteria for ADHD is feeling as if you're "driven by a motor". This is referring to hyperactivity but I'm pretty confident you can use the same to describe racing thoughts. If it only happens sometimes it could be because you get overwhelmed by things happening around you or your brain just decided to be hyperactive that day. I don't think you need to worry about it, if you can manage it when it does happen and it isn't causing other negative effects then it's likely that it's part of a potential ADHD.

There are a lot of ways to go on from here. You can only get an official diagnosis from a professional, but if you've done research on the topic and really identify with it then I believe it's okay to self-diagnose. After that it's a matter of figuring out what it is you have a hard time with and figuring out how to build strategies and tactics to improve those areas. There are a lot of resources online for this, so it's worth exploring.

I’m sorry I didn’t see this earlier, and all I’ve noticed  is if you use that tag a lot it seems to eventually. 

I’m afraid I never really paid attention to it - my prior fanpages had the name of the thing in them so they would come up because of that.
