Hey, everyone!

So a while back (2 days before 2015 playoffs), I made this Blackhawks dress for myself, wore it pretty much every game and to the parade and all and got a lot of interest in it.

I am more than happy to make you a custom one and can even do this jersey thing like I did (or we can collaborate to design some different style if you like).

Pricing is negotiable but please keep in mind that it is a custom, unique garment that I will be creating using skills that I've worked hard to learn. I have a BFA in fashion design from Ai in Chicago and that cost money. No artist should be made to feel like their work and time is not valuable by not being paid adequately.

I PROMISE I WILL NOT DISCRIMINATE IF YOU LIKE A TEAM OR PLAYER THAT I DONT! I absolutely will not charge you more solely based on what team or player or whatever. Pinky swear, love.

Anywho, obviously, I would love to avoid any legal issues, so licensed logos and such will get me in trouble. Saying that I’m selling a [insert team here] dress even is a bad idea.

What I am going to do is make you a custom-fitting dress which you have chosen the colors of and you can pay me for that. Then, you can pay for the logos or whatever patches, and pay me for my time/sewing skills to put them on a garment I made for you (this sounds way more complicated than it actually will be and we can talk about all of that).

I would charge an initial down payment to ensure I won't be spending money on materials and wasting my time only to have someone back out on me after I've done so (you learn from experience, eh?).

I am very keen on a lot of correspondence to make sure things go well and you get what you really want out of this. 

I made this dress for me to wear out to bars or whatever so its not necessarily the standard of quality I would ensure for something I'd be making for someone else who would be paying me to do so.

Now, I live in Chicago, so if you live in Chicago, you have a slight advantage of being able to have me make any changes you'd like pretty easily without having to ship it back & forth, such as, well, I might put a cup patch on mine or something. Or I alter for size if its not fitting just right anymore... THOSE THINGS COST MONEY TOO! Of course I am pretty damn reasonable.

I am still deciding on what kind of price to put this at, but it didn't take much for me to make mine so it wouldn't be too high.
