My MP replied RE: EDM 47
Legal Recognition for those who do not associate with a particular gender.
I did not expect a reply at all, but here it is!
EDM 47 makes some excellent points regarding the struggles faced by those people who do not associate with a particular gender. Gender identity is an incredibly personal thing, and I do believe that the Government should certainly be looking at recognising this fact in official documentation.
Moreover, as the EDM notes, the choice to not specify gender in an identity document already exists in a number of Commonwealth countries, and there is also precedent in the International Civil Aviation Organisation’s Document 9303. It is therefore unlikely that this change is something which would be unrealistic in the UK.
You may be aware that I currently serve as an Opposition Whip on the Labour Frontbench. Unfortunately, strict Parliamentary protocol lays down that frontbenchers are not allowed to sign Early Day Motions, and therefore I will be unable to sign EDM 47. However, I will raise this matter with the Government directly on your behalf, and I will write to you once again when I receive a response from the Minister for Equalities.
Thank you once again for writing to me on this important matter.
Best wishes
Graham
So although he won't be able to sign it personally, I should expect another reply at some point soon with further details, and hopefully a positive response!
If you want to help, please mail your MP and ask them to sign.
Hey guys, so look what was waiting for me when I got back!
*does the dance of joy*
Getting this done was pretty easy, and the person I talked to was very welcoming. He said Mx wasn't an option on their server, but that he could circumvent that and do it manually to make sure it appears on as much as possible, and if nothing else, at least the card. He was really friendly about it too and interested in the pronoun and asked what it meant, so I told him and it was an all-round nice conversation.
If anyone wants to use this image for records or upload it to a website or something then do feel free :)
European Health Insurance Card
I tried ordering a card 2 or 3 times (waiting a few months between each try obviously) with no sign of a card or a responce. I tried again and this was what i recieved. Thankfully it doesn't have a title on the card but i'm so pissed off right now, if they were confused or unsure about my details they had contact infomation ....
I might have to phone this time. I'm not a Miss damn it.

Here is my original email to the NHS BSA regarding them having the incorrect title of MN rather then MX for me.Â
This is their reply:

Mx Email- NHS Business Services Authority.
Due to a low household income i receive a medical exemption card which takes care of all my prescriptions free of change BUT they keep sending me a card with the incorrect title. Here is the email i sent... they said they will try to reply within 5 days (I also had to put Dr in their little drop down menu, ugh).Â
"To whom it may concern, I am contacting you today in regards to the title on my 'medical exemption card' which is incorrect. Myself and my partner have both contacted the NHSBSA to rectify this mistake and have been told that i would be sent out a new card with the correct title on it, only for me to receive yet another card with the wrong title. My title is Mx. Would it be possible for you to change this on my records and send me a card with the correct title on it please?. I would like all of my paper work to have the correct details on it as i changed my title to Mx in July 2011. Looking forward to hearing from you, Mx A Samuels."
If you are looking to complain like i did, 'here' is the link page.
To change you name/ title with the NHSBSA, it has to be by post, their address is (i would advise sending a copy of you deed poll and a cover letter):
