Funny story: My husband and our college friend were a lot further in BotW than I was. They both completed Vah Medoh before I did. Both said, "Revali is gonna be your favorite. He's an asshole." I'm just like "pffft yeah right you don't know me." I was wrong. I was dead wrong. Your intonation, credit to you and your voice director, was spot on for the lovable cocky prick type. Because, imo, Revali was more than just smug--there was a quality of warmth to his voice. And that's why I like him. :D
The smug was me, but the added warmth was definitely thanks to my director. But regardless of who’s to credit more for the birb’s behavior, I am ECSTATIC that the character I went nuts over ended up being part of my permanent career portfolio (and a positive one at that). dude feel free to DM me if it’s easier. But sometimes knowing what it is helps because then you’re better able to identify what’s going on and give yourself accommodations. In the past when I was shutting down and people would ask what was wrong, I didn’t know myself, so I’d be looking into literally anything that might be remotely emotionally upsetting me and pointing to that as the reason. Now I just go “oh shit I’m overstimulated again” and do things to calm me down.
the unfortunate thing is that i cant give myself accommodations, even if i know thats whats going on, because im a full-time carer. at no point am i able to go ‘i cant do this at the moment’, there is no alternative. which is the thing that led to the burnout. if i could have done that in the first place, i would not be this bad.

Omg that's awful. I feel so bad for LGBT+ folk in Indiana. Wow.:( I hope this doesn't negatively impact you while you're in grad school. And hopefully this gets removed at some point soon...(though that might be optimistic. It is Indiana. :/)
I hope not, it’s just all the more reason to remain even deeper in the closet. I think if it does get repealed, it’ll be because businesses are putting pressure on the state, not because it’s the basic humane thing to do.
