Oh, I thought it was their carapace. That's how they lived in the ice you see, because I thought they'd get crushed if they didn't have a hard [shell]... Because I thought of them nestling into a little icy nook, I mean, the ice would move and if the skeleton was on the inside they'd get squashed. If it was on the outside they could withstand this you see, that was the theory.
