Almost done with the piece. Still have some blood and frost effects to add

Looking through old pieces to get some inspiration for a new custom and was always proud of this one, mostly because it forced me to work outside my comfort zone, like focusing on simpler shapes and bolder blocks of color. Had a lot of trouble with the clothing bit though so don't really want to revisit that aspect 🤔

Another shot of my custom piece made for the World War Yeti Show at the Mothership Art Gallery earlier this year.

Armor design inspired by 15th century gothic and Milanese armor. Once upon a time, deep in the mountains in an isolated cave, lived a yeti who was a little bored of life. Nothing interesting ever really happened, until one day, a group of adventurers had wandered too close to his cave. He ran outside in hopes of greeting his new guests, but they just screamed and attacked! So of course, he defended himself and the next thing he knew, he was staring at their bodies lying dead in the snow. He felt a bit sad by the sudden loss of his newly met comrades, so he decided he would honor their untimely deaths (by his own hands) by wearing their armor and going out on his own adventures! Just need some minor adjustments to fit properly…

Really liked the Muttpop figures. I have a GID Dr. Destruction I’ll be making a custom of in the coming months (I hope ☺)
