When you do something out of love, you don’t count the cost. . . Mutton has become a prized possession with the rising prices of the meat. So I need to be picky and choosy on when to get some to satiate the cravings. Mutton Ghee Roast has always enticed me but never did I realise, I would cook something with the literary meaning. . . Last week I ordered some Lamb Chops and wanted to roast them (see minimum expectations). Keeping in mind I marinated the meat in salt, pepper, red chili paste and lemon juice for 24 hours. Next evening in a preheated oven, roasted the meat in Ghee on a baking dish. . . There it is, my version of Mutton Ghee Roast soft, tender and juicy!! . .
